VoiceAbility Mailing List - Privacy Statement

How we will use your information?

The personal information that you provide will be used to add you to the VoiceAbility newsletter mailing list. We will email you the VoiceAbility newsletter ‘Listen Up’, four times a year. If you tick the boxes below, we can also send you information about new products and resources from VoiceAbility, the Parliament newsletter ‘Louder’, and / or an easy read version of the main parts of the newsletter. Your personal details will not be shared by us with anyone else.

How long it will be kept?

Your personal details will be deleted from our records once you inform us that you no longer wish to be included on the VoiceAbility mailing list.

How we will safeguard it?

The information will be kept in a secure office environment. It will be held on computer databases that can only be accessed by authorized staff of VoiceAbility.

If you would like to be removed from the mailing list at any time
