Advocacy Services in Surrey

We provide independent support brokerage for people using self directed support. This involves working alongside people who are using an individual budget to help them plan and organise their own support to meet their social care needs.

The brokers work with people to help them do the following:

• Look at what is working well in their life, and what they’d like to change
• Think about what’s important to them and their goals in life
• Make a Support Plan that will really work, and get it agreed by social services
• Work out how they will spend their social care money
• Support them to find the activities, resources, support and opportunities to make their plan a reality!
