VoiceAbility Peer Mentors were delighted to be honoured with the team award in the prestigious Camden Volunteer Awards Ceremony last night.

Peer Mentoring team receiving their awardLast night, the Peer Mentoring team in Camden attended the the Camden Volunteer Awards ceremony last night, an event meant to celebrate the invaluable contribution of volunteers to Camden.

The team were, as so many others there, overwhelmed to hear about the great work done by volunteers across different organisations in the borough.

They were rather more overwhelmed to be presented with the honour of the Team Award presented by The Mayor of Camden, Cllr Nadia Shah and Sir Ian Johnston, Deputy Lieutenant for Camden.

We’d like to offer the whole of the Peer Mentoring team some very big congratulations for the amazing work and achievements during these past few months. This award is very well deserved indeed!

You can find out more about the team and their work on their dedicated Peer Mentoring page.
