Inspection

The inspection of services and ensuring quality are vitally important to protect people’s welfare.  Our expertise in this field has been recognised by the Care Quality Commission.  Our Experts by Experience across the country work in partnership with CQC inspectors to check services against their 16 standards of quality and safety. 

We inspect services run by:

• The NHS
• Local councils
• Private companies
• Voluntary groups

We are also active partners working with the National Citizen Service to ensure the government’s new programme for 16 year olds is fully accessible to disabled young people.

We are therefore in a good position to work with you to identify which standards your organisation needs to achieve.  We have the expertise to advise you on how to make your service or business work better for disabled people.  The benefits of this are as follows:

At the end we produce a report suggesting how you can reach the standards required.  You can then be confident you have the information to enable you to reach the highest possible standard when working with disabled people.
