Gender paygap report
Our latest report shows that our Gender Pay Gap is just 2%.
As an organisation we predominantly employ women, who are evenly represented across all quartiles.
Our mean gender pay gap figure was 2% in 2018 and 5% in 2017. This means that:
• On average, in March 2018, for every £100 a male employee earned a female employee was earning £98 (£95 in 2017).
Our median gender pay gap figure, typically a more representative figure as the mean can be skewed by a handful of highly paid employees, was 1% in 2018 and 2% in 2017.
