Gender paygap report
Our latest report shows that our Gender Pay Gap is 9.9%. This is a decrease of 0.1% from the last reporting year.
As an organisation we predominantly employ women (from 66.7% to 83.3% of each quartile).
Our median gender pay gap figure, typically a more representative figure as the mean can be skewed by a handful of highly paid employees, is 4.6%. This is an increase from 3% in the previous reporting year.
