About VoiceAbility

VoiceAbility is an organisation who can support you to speak up about what you want.

We have different types of services across different areas of England.

Click on the subjects below to find out more information about:

- Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA). This is for people who are not able to make important decisions about their healthcare or where they live.
- Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA). This is for people who are kept in hospital, even when they do not want to be there.
- Care and Support Advocacy. This is for people who need help to be fully involved in getting care and support.
- Self Advocacy. These are projects which help people in local areas speak up and help change local services.

VoiceAbility advocates and project workers all work towards the same goals.
We want every person to have the same rights.
We want every person to be listened to about what they want in their life.
We want every person to be as independent as possible and life a full and enjoyable life.
