Do you have 45 minutes free on 13 February? Help test our new website and online referral form

Testing sessions take 45 minutes and can be done at our head office or from the comfort of your own home. Your input will mean that more people can get the advocacy support they need, quickly and easily. Whether you have used our services, or you're a professional who makes referrals to us, we would love to hear from you.

We're building a new website and online referral form and want to make sure that what we're creating is easy to use. So we're inviting people to help us test the early designs on Thursday 13 February. It only takes 45 minutes.

Whether you have used our services, or you're a professional who makes referrals to us, we would love to hear from you.

How it works

  • We will show you the draft site and ask you to do some common tasks on the site, such as making a referral or finding information. This is not a test of your abilities! It's a test of how easy our site is to use.
  • You can do it from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a smartphone with a camera or a laptop with a web camera.
  • Alternatively you can come in person if you live within easy travelling distance from our Head Office at The Old Granary, Oakington, Cambridgeshire, CB24 3AR. We can cover your travel costs up to the value of £50 and our office is fully accessible for wheelchair users. We have ample parking and there is a Busway stop at Oakington.
  • Sessions last 45 minutes and can be at a time of day that suits you.

We can't improve without your help so we really appreciate any time you can spare. Your input will mean that more people can get the advocacy support they need, quickly and easily.
