VoiceAbility gender paygap report

Our new report shows that our Gender Pay Gap is just 2%.

As an organisation we predominantly employ women, who are evenly represented across all quartiles.

Our mean gender pay gap figure is 5% in 2017 and 2% in 2018. This means that:

•        On average, in March 2017, for every £100 a male employee earnt a female employee was earning £95.

•        On average, in February 2018, for every £100 a male employee earned a female employee was earning £98.

Our median gender pay gap figure, typically a more representative figure as the mean can be skewed by a handful of highly paid employees, is 2% in 2017 and 1% in 2018.
