Get support or make a referral

You can refer yourself, a friend or family member by calling us or emailing us on the details above.You don't need to use a referral form.

Health or social care professionals who would like to refer someone can download our referral form below. If you are not sure about eligibility or what kind of advocacy you need to request, download the eligibility overview below, or call us or email us, we will be very happy to advise.

We provide the IMHA service for people who need support with their rights under the mental health act.  This page gives information about who can get support from an IMHA, and how an IMHA can support you.
