Work for Voiceability
We regularly hire advocates, management, and other staff. You don’t always need a formal qualification, and we offer a competitive package of benefits and training. All roles involve home working, with some also requiring time spent at different locations in your local community. Please see individual vacancies for details.
We value having people from different backgrounds and experiences in our staff team. We aim to make our jobs and volunteering opportunities open to a wide range of people.
We particularly welcome applications from disabled people and those with direct experience of mental health conditions or learning difficulties.
If you are interested in one of our vacancies but you need flexibility in the working hours or work base, or to apply in a different format, please contact our HR team to discuss the adaptations we can make by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
I’ve only been at VoiceAbility for 4 weeks, and it’s the happiest I’ve been in my career. I’ve faced quite a bit of discrimination in the past, and I’ve never felt so welcome in an organisation.
