New freephone number and single email address

19 August 2020

We’re simplifying our contact details.

New freephone number

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to contact us. From 19 August, you can contact us for referrals and enquiries on a single freephone number, no matter where you are in the country. It won’t cost you anything, whether you call from a mobile or a landline.

We’ll still be able to give you the locally-tailored information you need. In fact, it will be even easier to speak to someone.

Our phone lines are staffed from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) but if you call outside of these hours, you can leave us a message and we will call you back.

Call: 0300 303 1660

If you prefer to email, we’ve also now got a single email address for enquiries and referrals.

Email: helpline@voiceability.org

If you contact us regularly, please update your records. But if you accidentally use the old contact details, don’t worry, they will automatically forward to the new ones for a few months.

New and improved leaflets

If you usually use or circulate our leaflets, you’ll receive new leaflets from us soon with our new contact details on them.

As well as updated contact details, the leaflets have a new design and we’ve changed the range of leaflets available.

Who to contact if you have any questions about this? That’s easy now! Contact us on 0300 303 1660 or helpline@voiceability.org

Hampshire and Southampton

Please note that if you are a client or referrer in Hampshire or Southampton, this isn’t a change for you, as you are already using the 0300 303 1660 number and helpline@voiceability.org email - and you are already using our new leaflets.
