From 31 March 2026, Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing & Hounslow Mind will take over from VoiceAbility as the NHS complaints advocacy service provider in Ealing. We’re working closely with Ealing Council and Mind to ensure the transition goes smoothly and that clients continue to get the support they need.If you need to reach Mind, you can email them at enquiries@hfehmind.org.uk or call 0208 571 7454 (calls cost the same as your usual network rate).

NHS complaints advocates support people to complain about the treatment or care that they or a friend or family member have received from an NHS service. This support is available at every stage of the complaints process.
