More about the service

This service provides free, independent, and confidential advocacy support to anyone needing help to make a complaint about NHS-funded health or social care services. It covers NHS Trusts, GPs, dentists, opticians, pharmacists, Integrated Care Boards, and private healthcare funded by the NHS, as well as adult social care and public health services.

Support is available to residents of the North East Lincolnshire borough, those who received NHS services within the borough, and people acting on behalf of others—provided consent and safeguarding requirements are met. Temporary residents, including prisoners, students, holiday-makers, refugees, and children in care, are also eligible.

We’re here to help you understand your rights, raise concerns, and make sure your voice is heard throughout the complaints process.
