Empowering individuals: how NHS complaints advocacy helped Jennifer and her daughter

Doncaster

From 1 May 2025, Cloverleaf will take over from VoiceAbility as the provider of advocacy in Doncaster. 

Northumberland

From 31 January 2025, Adapt will take over from VoiceAbility as the provider of advocacy in Northumberland. 

Blackburn with Darwen

From 31 March 2026, N-Compass will take over from VoiceAbility as the NHS complaints advocacy service provider in Blackburn with Darwen. We’re working closely with Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council and N-Compass to ensure the transition goes smoothly and that clients continue to get the support they need.
