I like my role; it’s helped me understand my rights better and build up my confidence.

I think it’s important for everyone to have the chance to work and have paid roles. It’s helped me have a better understanding of myself and lead to positive opportunities.

I enjoy doing photography and I filming local bands.

I think it’s really important that we all get equal treatment, and reasonable adjustments are made to help this happen.

It’s good to speak up and let people know what life is like for people with disabilities.

I like helping people, if I can’t help I will find someone that can.

I think it’s really important for people with a learning disability to get an Annual Health Check.

I enjoy going to the pub with family and friends and love spending time with my nieces.
