VoiceAbility supports people in Liverpool and Sefton to have their voice heard and their rights respected. We provide free, independent and confidential advocacy.

We offer Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) and Care Act Advocacy in both Liverpool and Sefton, and Professional Advocacy in Liverpool only.

Health or social care professionals who would like to refer someone can download our referral form below.

If you have been assessed as ‘lacking capacity’ to make specific decisions you may be able to get an advocate.  Professionals can download a referral form for our Liverpool and Sefton IMCA service below.
